  If I could give no stars I would. My family and I have gone to this McDonald's many times. they get the order wrong 95% if you are ordering anything more than beverages. The most recent time my family went today, they got our order wrong again. When my brother went to bring the order back the manager accused him of lying about the order and insinuated he was trying to get free food. Even though he was trying to give the incorrect food back. She then went on to say that it was our responsibility to check our order before we leave to ensure the accuracy, is accurate orders not in the job description at McDonald's? She also proceeded to threaten him that he would be banned from that location, which she is not entitled to do. He literally was just trying to get his order corrected, he did not get angry with her - probably because he was in shock at the ridiculousness. He then called the top Manager and spoke with her. She agreed that the junior manager had no authority to ban him, but through the entire conversation she did not apologize. The location is extremely convenient for us, hence why we keep going back. But seriously based on other reviews, they clearly need an overhaul because I don't think I have ever had this many issues with any other establishment.

  Order took forever. More busy with everyone else's orders. Finally got it buns were hard.
